Entity structure and S-corp strategy

Doing your taxes shouldn’t have to feel like navigating a maze. We offer transparent pricing for every financial picture, whether you have a simple return, expat filing, high-net-worth portfolio, or a small business. We’re by your side at every step, providing guidance and support. Our team consists of experienced tax professionals who are either Enrolled Agents, the highest-credential awarded by the IRS, or state-licensed CPAs, ensuring that your taxes are handled with precision.

Description of Enrolled Agent
ⓘAn Enrolled Agent is federally licensed with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Enrolled agents pass rigorous background checks by the IRS, as well as a three-part intensive exam that covers individual and business returns and representation.

Your taxes handled remotely.

There are over 20 million high-net-worth individuals and business owners in the U.S. Most pay too much on their taxes. Our advisors have helped hundreds of business owners and individuals so they can keep more of what they’ve earned.

We’ve learned that giving our clients confidence and peace of mind can be just as valuable as the tax services themselves.

We’re honored to support individuals and business owners from a wide range of backgrounds.
